Basics of Rugby
Wearing minimal protection, 2 teams of 15 players clash to win possession of the oval ball, the advance it towards the opposiotion's try line. The winner is the team that has amassed more points by scoring tries. A rugby match is played over 80 minutes, split into 40 minutes halves, with a break of 10 minutes.

Rugby is a hard fought contact sport that requires players to be extremly fit, strong and physically robust. The players tend to have great upperbody strenght and powerful legs, which they use to drive forward. Ball handling and balance are expecially important.
